SpedTrack™ is an Internet based application that revolutionizes the management of Special Education programs by allowing school districts to centralize information and processes into one comprehensive application. SpedTrack™ eases the burden of managing special education by providing case management assistance (calendars and reminders), eliminating redundant data entry, and generating demographic and case management reports.
SpedTrack offers the following key benefits:
- Web-based – SpedTrack is web-based software, allowing your teachers to access the system using a standard web-browser. Software does not need to be constantly updated on the district’s computers.
- Centralized Data – SpedTrack centralizes the special education data in your district into one system. This allows for powerful centralized reporting on all Evaluation, IEP, and student data. The system also provides the special education office staff (coordinators and directors) the ability to access data in a real-time environment.
- Case Management – SpedTrack provides many functions oriented to help Special Education teachers manage their case loads. The system automatically maintains a calendar for each teacher displaying tasks coming due and generates e-mail reminders as tasks approach.
