When integrated with Enterprise Sourcing a contract's bid association is automatically retained.
Email notification reminders can be customized for each contract, allowing the responsible user to set their desired lead time. Reports include upcoming contract lists and insurance compliance reporting. The contracting process can begin with a Bid Award from Enterprise Sourcing allowing purchasing agents to link the two events.
The activities of each contract are tracked and reported in the historical audit logs. A listing of actions is displayed chronologically.
