

System Administration
Tools are provided to configure the application to best mirror their agency's terminology and procedures. Administrators can create an unlimited number of customized contract types such as Term Contracts, Corporate Contracts, State Contracts, or Cooperative Contracts. When creating a new draft contract users are required to select and associate the appropriate contract type.
Administrators can create an unlimited number of departments (or custom labels) designed to associate the contract with a logical group or organization.
Administrators can establish an attachment library housing the organization's contract documents for easy access and re-use. Documents can be downloaded, modified, and uploaded. Libraries can be organized logically with documents placed into customer defined categories resulting in quicker access and placement.
Administrators can add, edit, or deactivate users on-demand. Role based security can be applied to specific users expanding or limiting access to specific functions and features.
