Bond Management

Bonds can be uploaded and attached to a contract.  Key bond information can be entered and retained for re-call including the bond identification number, key dates, and agent information. 

The bond tracking feature will cue up and schedule email notifications reminding the contract administrator of tasks associated with receiving/returning bond information.  Email notifications can also be sent to the supplier.
