Contract Management
Document Repository
The Contract Management application is designed to become your one-stop-shop for all contract documents. Contract Administrators can attach an unlimited number of files and documents associated with the contract. Generally, this includes the executed agreement document, related appendix, attachments, and exhibits. Drawings and plans can also be attached. Other file types such as spreadsheets, pictures, movies, and PDF files can be uploaded and associated with the contract.
Contract Administrators can establish an attachment library housing the organization's contract documents for easy access and re-use. Documents can be downloaded, modified, and uploaded. Libraries can be organized logically with documents placed into customer defined categories resulting in quicker access and placement.
