Insurance Certificates

Insurance certification documents can be uploaded and attached to a supplier's profile and associated with the contract.  The insurance tracking feature will cue up and schedule email notifications reminding the contract administrator that the supplier's insurance policy is expiring soon.  Email notifications can also be sent to the supplier.

Key insurance information can be entered and retained for re-call including the policy number, the start and end date, insured party and agent information.  Insurance information can be organized into types such as Auto Liability, General Liability, Workers Compensation, etc. 

The supplier's insurance profile will display a listing of contracts using an insurance certificate.  A significant number of contracts may indicate the need to reevaluate risk and coverage amounts.
