Reports

Reporting tools enhance the value of your contract administration efforts.  Automation features increase production, reduce risk, and eliminate unnecessary overhead.  The Contract Management module includes the following reports:

Active Contracts - Displays listing of active contracts over a user designated date range.
  • Includes the ability to generate and download the report into a spreadsheet.
  • My Active Contracts - Displays list of active contracts unique to user.
  • Additional listing includes all active contacts across all users.

Inactive Contracts - Displays listing of inactive contracts over a user designated date range.
  • Includes the ability to generate and download the report into a spreadsheet.
  • My Inactive Contracts - Displays list of Inactive contracts unique to user.
  • Additional listing includes all inactive contacts across all users.

Draft Contracts - Displays listing of draft contracts over a user designated date range.
  • Includes the ability to generate and download the report into a spreadsheet.
  • My Draft Contracts - Displays list of draft contracts unique to user.
  • Additional listing includes all draft contacts across all users.

Contracts Past End Date - Displays a listing of contracts requiring attention as term expiration date has past.

Custom Reports can be developed by IWT.
