Contract Resources

Contract Administrators can enter an unlimited number of contract resources.  The Contract Resource feature is similar to a contact database storing key information about individuals associated with a contract and the supplier.  Resources obviously include the contract administrator and the supplier.  This tool allows you to expand the list to include the additional internal resources such as a key user of the contract or an external resource such as the supplier's attorney or an emergency contact.

A contract resource can be configured to receive specific reminder email notifications.  Once a resource is entered into the system, their information is available for easy selection and association to a reminder event.
