Terms Wizard

Contract Administrators establish the contract term and available renewal options to establish the basis for all event reminders and status reports.  Using the application's Terms Wizard, Contract Administrators enter the contract start and end date and renewal options which can be based on weeks, months, and years.  The wizard automatically schedules renewal dates and cues the associated reminder notifications for distribution at the appropriate interval.

Renewals
A simple click by the Contract Administrator instructs the system to renew the contract's active status for the proper "renewal term".  Upon renewal the wizard appropriately adjusts the contract's schedule activating the current interval and ensuring that the number of renewals will not be exceeded.  Notes can be entered and stored documenting actions and/or a supplier's performance comment.

History
Expired terms such as the previous year(s) are moved from Active to a Historical status displaying the completed intervals.
