IWT’s Software as a Service model provides a complete solution for a fixed annual fee. IWT assumes the responsibility for providing the application, database software, server equipment, internet connectivity, security, and backup of the system. The SaaS model includes installation of upgrades and patches. Clients administer and operate the application using a standard web browser.

IWT’s Software License Model provides clients the ability to purchase the software application and control the operation of the system, a variety of options for hosting and services are available in this model.
Hosting Options:
1. IWT can provide enterprise class hosting as outlined in the SaaS model above; providing all server equipment, database software, internet connectivity, security, and backup services. This model includes installation of upgrades and patches. Clients administer and operate the application using a standard web browser.
2. Clients can host and operate the application on their web server, assuming the responsibility for providing server equipment, database software, internet connectivity, security, and backup. Compatible hardware and software requirements apply and are listed in the System Requirements section.
3. Clients can secure the services of a third party hosting company to host the application. Clients or the hosting company would have responsibility for providing server equipment, database software, Internet connectivity, security, and backup. Compatible hardware and software requirements apply and are listed in the System Requirements section.
Remote System Management Services:
In the event our clients choose to host the application(s) outside IWT’s data center, they will receive IWT’s Remote System Management Services to install and support the remotely hosted application(s). Remote management includes initial configuration of the applications and installation of all upgrades and patches.
