eProcurement Integration

IWT works with you and your technical team outlining the integration's specific requirements and touch points.  Determining the technology required by your current system to send and receive data.  Integration can be real-time XML transfer or batch flat files.  IWT applications also include standard integration messaging capability resulting in a lower-than-expected cost and a faster return on investment.

Common integration points include:
  * Catalog Shopping Cart order-data sent to Purchasing Requisition
  * Catalog Shopping Cart order-data sent to Purchase Order
  * Catalog Shopping Cart order-data sent to Blanket Purchase Order

Each data point must be defined and mapped to ensure its inclusion in the transaction.  Data points include items such as:  Description, Quantity, Units of Measure, Accounting information, commodity, etc.
